What's your minimum order?

$150. That applies to opening orders and reorders alike.

02

How do I place an order?

Most retailers order through our Faire storefront. If you're new to Faire, you'll get payment terms and free returns on your first order with us. Larger orders, or retailers who don't use Faire, are welcome to order direct. Fill out the contact form and we'll get back to you within one business day.

03

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes, through Faire. New retailers get terms and free returns on a first order. Direct orders are prepaid.

04

How do I get the full catalog?

Wholesale FAQ

The product

01

Are these real flowers?

Yes. Every stem is a real flower, naturally dried. Nothing artificial, nothing plastic.

02

Are they dried or preserved?

Dried. Our collection is naturally air-dried, with no preservation chemicals or treatments of any kind. That's part of why it's 100% sustainable.

03

How long do they last?

One to three years depending on the environment, whether at home or on a shop shelf.

04

Are they sustainable?

100% biodegradable and 100% sustainable. Real flowers, naturally dried, no chemicals, no plastic, no synthetic filler.

05

Where are they made?

Our flowers are made in partnership with Floriette and Dutch Flower House in the Netherlands, then shipped domestically from the U.S. — no import delays, duty or customs to manage.

06

Are the colors dyed?

Some varieties are naturally colored. Others use plant-based dyes for richer, more consistent tones.

07

Do they have a scent?

Our lavender bunches carry a noticeable natural scent. The rest have a subtle, earthy fragrance, the kind you'd expect from a real dried botanical.

08

Will they shed?

A little shedding is normal with a natural dried product, and it depends on handling. Occasionally a carrier is rough with a box in transit and there's more than there should be — if that happens, get in touch and we'll make it right.

09

Do they need any care?

No water, ever. Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, and away from humidity. Dust with a hairdryer on a low, cool setting.
