Most retailers order through our Faire storefront. If you're new to Faire, you'll get payment terms and free returns on your first order with us. Larger orders, or retailers who don't use Faire, are welcome to order direct. Fill out the contact form and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Yes, through Faire. New retailers get terms and free returns on a first order. Direct orders are prepaid.
If the product is in inventory, your order ships via FedEx the next business day from our Chicago warehouse. Transit runs one to five days depending on where you are.
Most of our retailers reorder about every 45 days.

Yes. Every stem is a real flower, naturally dried. Nothing artificial, nothing plastic.
Dried. Our collection is naturally air-dried, with no preservation chemicals or treatments of any kind. That's part of why it's 100% sustainable.

Our flowers are made in partnership with Floriette and Dutch Flower House in the Netherlands, then shipped domestically from the U.S. — no import delays, duty or customs to manage.
Some varieties are naturally colored. Others use plant-based dyes for richer, more consistent tones.
Our lavender bunches carry a noticeable natural scent. The rest have a subtle, earthy fragrance, the kind you'd expect from a real dried botanical.
A little shedding is normal with a natural dried product, and it depends on handling. Occasionally a carrier is rough with a box in transit and there's more than there should be — if that happens, get in touch and we'll make it right.
No water, ever. Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, and away from humidity. Dust with a hairdryer on a low, cool setting.
